Hmm I’m straight but I’ll try my best to answer this. I’m not really sure though so forgive me if this is wrong or offensive.

I would like to think proposing isn’t as gender exclusive in our modern society. But I guess if you’re going to stereotype it would be whoever has more masculine physical characteristics/mannerisms.
